Senior Urban Planner / Senior Urban Designer

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & DevelopmentContribute to preparation of:Spatial development plansLand use and zoning plansTransportation and infrastructure plansCommunity development frameworksDevelop implementation strategies, project phasing plans, and financial frameworks.Manage project work plans, timelines, and staffing schedules.2. Documentation & ReportingPrepare professional reports, planning documents, presentations, and visual communication materials.Support development of publications, workshop materials, and knowledge resources.Document and summarize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultation proceedings.3. Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with:Government agenciesConsultantsDevelopment partnersExternal stakeholdersSupport project communication, scheduling, and correspondence activities.Facilitate information exchange among project teams and stakeholders.4. Team & Project ManagementGuide junior planners, designers, and research associates.Monitor project progress and prepare periodic review reports.Ensure quality control and timely project delivery aligned with objectives.5.
