Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• The Storage Platform Engineer is responsible for the administration, reliability, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise storage, backup, and data protection platforms. The role combines deep storage operational expertise with modern automation, AI, and operational analytics capabilities to improve service resilience, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency across critical infrastructure services. 
• Administer and support enterprise NAS, SAN, object storage, backup, and recovery platforms.
• Monitor platform performance, capacity, availability, and operational health.
• Develop automation solutions to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and improve service reliability.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and intelligent workflows to enhance monitoring, incident management, reporting, and operational decision making.
• Build and maintain integrations with infrastructure platforms, APIs, monitoring tools, and service management systems.
• Support disaster recovery, resiliency testing, and recovery operations.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, alerting, self-healing, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, application, and operations teams to deliver infrastructure modernization initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Experience administering enterprise storage, backup, or data protection platforms.
• Experience consuming APIs and integrating infrastructure platforms.
• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, capacity management, and operational support practices.
• Knowledge of resiliency, backup, recovery, and business continuity concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted operations, intelligent agents, or operational analytics.
• Experience with cloud, object storage, and modern data management platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale financial services or highly regulated environments.
