About this role

We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward

Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking SEO & AI Search Manager to lead our search strategy into the next era of AI-powered discovery. This role blends traditional SEO expertise with cutting-edge knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), semantic search, and AI-enhanced content strategies.

As Manhattan’s SEO & AI Search Manager, you will be the primary source of knowledge within the Manhattan Associates Corporate Marketing team for all things related to SEO and AI search for digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop a global SEO strategy that covers Manhattan’s key markets, reporting on organic & AI search performance.
  • Develop a keyword strategy and regularly monitor keywords for position and volume, prompts and mentions, analyzing search behavior and performance across platforms.
  • Optimize website & campaign content based on best practices for organic and LLM search results.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that integrate traditional search optimization with LLM-driven search experiences.
  • Lead Marketing initiatives to improve discoverability and relevance of content in LLM-powered environments.
  • Stay ahead of evolving search engine algorithms and AI trends, translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Manage SEO tools and platforms and evaluate emerging AI-based SEO technologies.
  • Report monthly and Ad hoc on search performance for both organic and AI search.

Experience, Requirements, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) and their application in search and content workflows.
  • Strong command of a variety of content management systems, with the ability to edit and maintain SEO content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce SEO rich content in several formats (product pages, blogs, landing pages, etc.) as well as edit existing content for SEO optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and GA4.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
