Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of talent acquisition across business verticals to meet organizational needs. Develop sourcing strategies with a deep understanding of the BPO industry and local markets to attract top candidates. Focus on optimizing channel mix to reduce cost per hire and ensure timely delivery to business units. Provide market insights and intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and talent landscape. Drive diversity in sourcing in alignment with global diversity initiatives. Define and maintain recruitment guidelines, processes, metrics, and performance SLAs. Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring process compliance, while addressing critical business concerns.
