Service Professional – Supply Chain & Logistics (PP / QM) (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, and implement SAP PP, PP‑PI, PP‑DS, and QM processes in close collaboration with internal departments (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Configure and enhance SAP PP (MRP, master data, production orders), PP‑PI (process orders, recipes, master data), PP‑DS (detailed scheduling, heuristics, alerts), and QM (inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording) in an S/4HANA context.
• Support and optimise end‑to‑end production planning and execution processes, from demand planning and scheduling to manufacturing execution and quality inspection.
• Ensure seamless integration of PP / PP‑PI / PP‑DS and QM with other SAP modules such as MM, WM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Support key users, provide training, and maintain process and solution documentation.
• Participate in national and international SAP S/4HANA rollouts, transformations, and optimisation projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and actively drive standardisation and digitalisation initiatives within manufacturing and quality processes.

• Take responsibility for second‑ and third‑level support, incident analysis, and problem resolution in the SAP PP / PP‑PI / PP‑DS / QM landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Service Professional or SAP Consultant with a strong focus on PP / PP‑PI / PP‑DS and/or QM, preferably in an S/4HANA environment.
• In���depth knowledge of SAP PP (MRP, production orders, master data), PP‑PI (process industries, recipes, process orders), PP‑DS (detailed scheduling, planning strategies), and QM (inspection lots, notifications, quality processes).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and quality management business processes in discrete and/or process industries.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversions, rollouts, or optimisation projects is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of enhancements, BADIs, and integration scenarios is a plus.
• Project experience and a structured working methodology are desirable.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills, communication strength, and a solution‑oriented, independent working style.
