- Assist the team with shipment bookings and coordination with carriers, agents, and shippers.
- Support preparation and checking of shipping documents (e.g. Bills of Lading, invoices, permits) under guidance.
- Help prepare pre-alerts and organise shipping paperwork for overseas agents.
- Support billing checks to ensure shipment details are accurate.

- Maintain and update shipment records in internal systems.
- Support email communication with customers and overseas agents on shipment status.
- Help follow up on documentation or booking issues to keep shipments on track.
- Provide backup support to teammates during leave or busy periods.

About the Internship
This internship is ideal for Polytechnic or University students who are curious about
logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations. You’ll get hands-on exposure to real
freight operations while being guided by an experienced team; no prior experience
required.
Training will be provided, and you’ll learn by doing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Support
