- Mentor other technical writers and drive documentation strategy.

- Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in technical writing, with expertise in API documentation, user guides, and developer documentation
- Preferred Fields of Study: Technical writing, communications, life sciences, health economics, or related scientific field
- Advanced knowledge of structured authoring, DITA, and content management systems
- Strong proficiency with documentation tools including MadCap, Swagger, XML editors, and source control systems (Git, GitHub)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Markdown, and technical documentation best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to understand and clearly convey complex technical and scientific concepts
- Experience working in Agile development environments and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring other technical writers and driving documentation strategy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Nice to have
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, or scientific instrumentation preferred
- Experience with bibliographic referencing software beneficial
