  • Pick, pack, and load trucks.
  • Use an LPN and DSI to manage movement of inventory and orders.
  • Identify, inspect, label, and weigh (if needed) material for shipment.
  • Ensure product and packing prepared for shipment meets our S.O.P standards.
  • Stage trucks for live load.
  • Complete shipping/BOL documentation.
  • Cross train and work in other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and shipping dock.
  • Follow all forklift requirements and regulations.
  • Participate in ACM’s Safety and Behavior-Based Safety Programs.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement projects throughout the plant.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and directed.

Full description from employer

This position is responsible for picking, packing, and loading trucks. The associate ensures materials are packaged to arrive to customers undamaged and safely handles the movement, storage, and loading of materials—both on and off racks and into semi-trucks—using appropriate equipment. Due to varying material sizes and weights, associates may be trained to operate multiple types of equipment.

Physical Demand:

Work Environment:

  • 100% manufacturing setting
  • Associates must comply with assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements in varies areas, including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety shoes.
  • Associates will have exposure to typical working conditions within the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to, seasonal temperature changes, occasional exposure to exhaust fumes, dirt, dust, debris, and grease, moving forklift equipment, and pinch points on machinery.

Pay Rate Information

$19-22/hr. Based on experience & qualifications.
