Responsibilities
- Prepare customer centric dashboard from customer account transaction channels
- Customer Relationship Management CRM and external data source
- Develop analytics framework for prospect customer target identification wallet share analysis propensity modeling and overall campaign management
- Risk Management
- Identify fraud case or associated pattern in data to assure sales quality and prioritization
- Data Enhancement
- Support data related projects eg data enrichment for both internal external data source data quality governance big data exploration
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science Finance Statistics Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline
- Experience in PowerBI, SSIS. SSAS, Data Modelling, SQL, Paginated Reports
- Possess strong skills in data analytical tools such as SAS R and Python
- Understand the concept of SQL and NOSQL data base
- Knowledge and experience in big data machine learning or predictive algorithms natural language processing statistics modelling and data mining
- Good experience with new technologies and data visualization tools such as QlikView or Tableau will be a strong plus
- Experience in commercial bank is a plus
- Interested in staying up to date on the latest analytics and big data technologies
- Possess good business sense of their application in the commercial banking business
- Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
