Join Vultr

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Construction Lead to serve as our owner's representative on a live data center construction site — the day-to-day presence protecting schedule, safety, and acceptance quality on a site we don't directly control. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently on a landlord-controlled site, reading MEP and architectural drawings fluently, and holding a GC accountable without direct authority over their crews. This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require daily site presence, rigorous documentation discipline, and the judgment to know when to escalate. This is your opportunity to join our fast growing team and leave your mark on Vultr and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.
