About this role

Aureol Global Connections is looking to expand our team and invite applications for 3 Site Engineer positions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards. You will play a key role in liaising with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive problem solvers, and passionate about delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with engineering designs and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with project managers and site personnel to interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and construction teams to optimize the workflow and achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on construction progress, identifying any potential delays or issues for timely resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines, helping ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
  • Engage in regular communication with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any project concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a construction-related role, preferably as a Site Engineer.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with diverse teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with project management software and engineering tools is advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance practices on-site.
