About this role

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer Mechanical to oversee and coordinate mechanical engineering activities on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical works are completed on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain effective communication between stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical and managerial skills in a hands-on environment.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical engineering activities at project sites.
  • Ensure that all mechanical installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and report on-site status to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to site activities, including daily reports and progress tracking.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to improving site processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in mechanical engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site challenges effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in construction or industrial environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic work environments.
