• Lead the day-to-day operation, ensuring a safe, efficient and high-performing manufacturing logistics environment.
• Develop and inspire a diverse team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with customers, becoming a key partner in supporting their operational goals.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring contractual KPIs, service levels and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
• Take ownership of site financial performance, managing budgets and delivering against profitability targets.
• Champion a Safety First culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal and company standards.
• Lead change, improvement and growth projects that enhance service, productivity and operational performance.
