What you'll do
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of retrofit works across occupied and void social housing properties
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
- Coordinating multiple trades including insulation, windows, roofing, heating, ventilation and other energy-efficiency measures
- Ensuring all works comply with current health & safety legislation, building regulations and relevant retrofit standards
- Monitoring workmanship and carrying out regular site inspections and quality checks
- Managing site documentation, RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and daily records
- Identifying and resolving site issues, defects and quality concerns
- Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery

- Previous experience as a Site Manager, ideally within social housing, refurbishment or retrofit
- Good understanding of retrofit works and energy-efficiency measures

- Understanding of working within occupied residential properties
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
