Job Description
1. SMT Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of SMT equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Design and implement equipment maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures.
- Establish standardized procedures and processes for equipment.
- Optimize PM plans to reduce MTTR/increase MTBF.
2. Equipment Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Respond promptly to equipment failures on the production line, performing diagnostics and repairs.
- Analyze the root causes of failures, propose and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Regularly inspect and eliminate safety hazards around production equipment—Occupational Safety Incident Management**
3. Equipment Optimization and Technical Improvement:
- Optimize and upgrade SMT equipment based on production needs to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment to ensure compliance with production requirements.
- **Research and implement new automation technologies to enhance automation levels**
4. Production Support and Technical Guidance:
- Provide technical support to the production line, resolving technical issues during production.
- Guide operators in the correct use of equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
- **Organize staff skill enhancement and supervision, improve process quality**
- **Manage equipment indicators according to production scheduling**
5. Data Recording and Reporting:
- Record relevant data on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical improvements, and prepare technical reports.
- Analyze equipment operation data, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance equipment efficiency.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D departments to analyze and resolve production issues.
- Participate in new product introduction processes, providing equipment technical support and recommendations.

7. Equipment Documentation Management:
- **Draft and update equipment operation manuals and maintenance guides.**
- **Document equipment maintenance and troubleshooting processes to create technical files.**
