Job Description

• Content Creation, shooting, edit, publish photos, short videos (Reels/TikTok) and stories showcasing rooms, dining and events.
• Post daily updates, reply to comment & direct messages and encourage user-generated content.
• Support promotional offers, influencer partnerships and F&B (food and beverage) marketing campaigns.
• Monitor online feedback, track social mentions and assist with guest review responses.
• Analytics & report tracking key performance metrics and compile monthly reports on engagement, reach and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Digital Media.
• Experience 1 to 3 years of digital marketing or social media experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) and social scheduling/analytics platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability, sharp copywriting skills, trend awareness and fluency in local and English languages.
