Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Content Execution

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives and commercial goals.
• Oversee content calendars, scheduling, and asset distribution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE Official Account and LinkedIn for the resort account and all dedicated sub-accounts.
• Lead the creative direction and hands-on production of all social media visual assets, creating high-performing multimedia content (photography, short-form Reels and copy) that adheres strictly to brand guidelines.
• Prepare actionable weekly/monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social platforms and present strategic insights to stakeholders.

Engagement & Community Growth

• Oversee audience interaction, monitor comments and direct messages, and foster an active community while maintaining brand tone of voice.
• Identify, brief, and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand partners to expand reach.
• Stay ahead of platform feature updates, viral trends, and algorithm shifts to keep the brand relevant.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years managing social media strategies and organic/paid campaigns in-house or at an agency.
• Strong skills in mobile photography, video shooting, and short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks) using mobile, action camera and visual editing tools.
• Proficiency in social management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social)
• Fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English, with the ability to create, write, and adapt engaging social media content for both languages.
• Strong capability to interpret data, calculate campaign ROI, and make data-driven content recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong project management skills, and high adaptability.
• Deep understanding of emerging social trends, viral content formats, and platform feature updates.
