Job Description

The Role

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media buff to our team to drive engagement and initiatives across various communities and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute campaigns to drive social media buzz by conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, planning promotions & contests, etc
• Manage the social handles and cross-collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate campaign-specific content (social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form videos) across channels
• Monitor campaign performances, and analyze, review, and report on campaigns' effectiveness to maximize results
• Ensure consistency of brand positioning and maintain hoichoi's personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers
• Undertake social media research to gain deeper insight into online conversations related to the Bengali media & entertainment industry.

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?

• You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker and proficient in Hindi 
• Relevant experience in social media, preferably from a digital media agency/E-commerce/Media & Entertainment background would be preferred
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or any other related field would be preferred

This role will be based in Kolkata.
