Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage brand social media presence, develop platform-specific strategies, drive community engagement, and execute impactful social campaigns. The ideal candidate should have advertising agency experience, hands-on expertise in managing community pages, and a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities
- Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Manage day-to-day operations of brand social media accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content in collaboration with creative and content teams.
- Manage community pages by responding to audience queries, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Coordinate with creative, copy, and client servicing teams to execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management within an advertising or digital agency.
- Hands-on experience in platform strategy, content calendar planning, and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.
