Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist with a strong expertise in platforms like Snapchat and Instagram. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of these platforms' algorithms, trends, and nuances, along with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients, with a focus on Snapchat and Instagram.
• Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform's audience and objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using relevant analytics tools to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes on Snapchat and Instagram to continuously adapt strategies for optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
• Utilize marketing automation tools like Hootsuite and others for content scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide regular insights and reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Snapchat and Instagram.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, with tangible results.
• In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social etc
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
