Role Purpose
Core Responsibilities
- Design complex workflows and implement the Camunda BPM platform.
- Write custom connectors and separate core business logic.
- Conduct requirement analysis, workflow design, and process automation.
- Lead project estimation, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

Key Skills
- BPMN, Camunda BPM, DMN, JBoss BRMS.
- Strong experience in business process modeling and decision automation.
Technical Requirements
- 8+ years in Camunda BPM, Java (JDK8/17), Spring Boot.
- Experience with authentication, timer/message events, sub-flows, and event-based transactions.
- Familiarity with SOA/Microservice architecture.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Bonus: Experience in Financial Crime Case Management.
- BPMN, DMN, Camunda Architecture.
- Microservice orchestration.
- Inbound/outbound connectors.
- Certification threshold: 70%+ in a 30-minute MCQ test.
