Solutioning Lead – Data Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
  • Define and design end-to-end data solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and industry best practices.
• Solutioning & Estimation
  • Lead solutioning efforts including scoping, estimation, and pricing.
  • Develop detailed solution blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Delivery & Governance
  • Oversee solution implementation, ensuring adherence to design principles.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams.
  • Establish governance frameworks for solution quality, performance, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with business leaders, clients, and technical teams to align solution strategies.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data strategy and architecture.

  Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a focus on data solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data technologies (data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, big data, analytics, AI/ML).
• Experience in solution estimation, pricing, and proposal development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical innovation with business value and cost efficiency.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading solutioning teams across multiple domains.
• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Exposure to industry-specific data challenges (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, retail).
