Position Summary: 

The Sr. Manager / Manager, ZBS FP&A Project leads the delivery of FP&A reporting and analytics solutions in Power BI, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. This role drives project execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of FP&A tools and processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of Power BI solutions for FP&A, including dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis, and management decision-making.

• Build and maintain scalable financial data models, KPIs, and calculations in Power BI by integrating data from ERP, Excel, and other source systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trusted reporting outputs.

• Partner closely with FP&A, Finance leadership, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into reporting solutions, and manage priorities across multiple project workstreams.

• Provide strong stakeholder management and communication throughout the project lifecycle, including facilitating discussions, presenting insights and progress updates, aligning expectations, and driving adoption of Power BI reporting tools.

• Monitor report performance and data quality, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, automation, and reporting efficiency through continuous enhancement of the Power BI environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, Power BI, and cross-functional reporting initiatives.

• Strong project management skills, including leading Power BI initiatives, managing timelines, and driving stakeholder communication and alignment.

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

• Experience building data models and performing ETL processes.

• Experience in FP&A tool development and deployment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
