Special Cargo Quoting​ Specialist

SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer. This role will help us to churn out special cargo rates to customer, Manage negotiations effectively. The role will support Enhance customer experience, create visibility and Improve on SPC quoting performances.

Purpose of the role

SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer. The role will help us enhance customer experience create visibility on OOG Quoting performance.
 

You will be Responsible for:

• Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.

• Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.  

• Acting as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.

• Ensuring timely action on customer requests to enhance overall customer experience.

• Managing TAT and maintaining quality standards in the quoting process.

• Identifying customer-specific improvement areas for end-to-end enhancement and auto-quoting opportunities.

• Developing solutions to drive improvements in the quoting process.

• Providing analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.

Qualifications

• Having 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Good Understanding of Pricing & Quoting process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
