  • Engage students in active learning.
  • Provide constructive criticism and feedback for staff working within the classroom setting and ensures that Education Department policies are withheld.

Overview

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, is a nationally recognized employee-owned provider of educational, vocational, and therapeutic residential services.  These programs support adolescents, teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and complex trauma.  Your work will help them live their best lives, all while carving a career path for yourself as an employee-owner at MyPath.

To succeed in this role, you must show an understanding of the emotional and developmental disabilities of the students you serve.  When you join our team, you will be enrolled in our training program designed to build the skills and confidence needed to meet your job requirements and build your career with us.

As an Instructional Aide, you will:

Schedule & Benefit Information

Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday- Friday during the Regular School year

- Summer School hours: 7:30am- 1:30pm, Monday- Thursday (30 days)
