  • Understand business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
  • Schedule integrations and monitor to ensure they run when scheduled.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment.
  • Direct efforts to improve and implement system integrations between Workday and internal applications.
  • Test new system features and feature releases and evaluate the impact on integrations and reports.
  • Prepare application administration documents, end-user documentation, and/or application training to end-users.
  • Utilize change management process to ensure modifications or upgrades are authorized, tested when applicable, approved, and implemented appropriately.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the HRIS team to support testing internal changes and Workday releases.
  • Provide the highest level of customer support via internal ticketing system and all other standard forms of communication and interaction

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Role: Workday Functional Leads/Analyst – Integrations 

Brief: From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations with supplemental applications with knowledge of Core HCM functional areas.
