You will recruit exceptional talent across multiple functions, help develop effective recruiting strategies, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and make a visible impact on our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across China
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles
• Develop a strong understanding of PSI’s business and functional areas to identify and attract the best talent
• Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to specific roles and target audiences
• Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, including their skills, experience, motivation, and overall fit
• Organize, coordinate, and conduct interviews throughout the selection process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, including briefing agencies on requirements and overseeing candidate submissions and recruitment activity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Monitor recruitment activity and provide relevant updates, insights, and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment practices, identifying and implementing continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
• Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment in China
• Ideally, experience sourcing candidates for technical, R&D, clinical research, or other hard-to-fill roles
• Experience using a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods and techniques
• Good understanding of general HR practices and local employment requirements
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international colleagues in English
