Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a committed Speech Pathologist looking to join an exceptional private practice team in the southern suburb of Perth - Mandurah.

This role emphasizes collaboration; you will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to create engaging and effective therapy experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify each client's distinct speech and language requirements
• Developing tailored treatment plans that genuinely align with your clients’ objectives
• Delivering engaging therapy sessions that have a meaningful impact
• Collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Maintaining thorough records to monitor progress
• Sharing your expertise and providing assistance to clients and their families

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Speech Pathology
• Registration with the Speech Pathology Association
• Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders
• Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player yet comfortable working independently
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
• A genuine desire to help others
• Flexibility to work full time or part time
