About the opportunity
A well-established, NDIS-registered allied health provider is expanding its clinical team and seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic. The role is designed with variety in mind - approximately 60–70% of sessions are delivered in-clinic, with the remaining 30–40% seeing clients in their homes and community settings across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. You'll join a genuinely supportive multidisciplinary team that includes OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants, all committed to person-centred, evidence-informed practice.

Your caseload
- 100% NDIS participants
- Predominantly paediatric with some adult clients (early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency)
- Mix of assessment, intervention and family/caregiver coaching
- Working closely with OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
- Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong placement backgrounds considered)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community visits)
- Full Australian working rights
