Job Summary

 Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Use Case Developer with strong expertise in scripting, automation, and process optimisation. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery outcomes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation. Design, develop, test, and deploy automation use cases across IT and business operations. Create scripts and automation workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks. Develop reusable automation components and frameworks to support multiple business functions. Integrate automation solutions with enterprise tools, platforms, and APIs. Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and scripts. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into automation use cases. Participate in automation governance, compliance, and best practice reviews. Support automation adoption and knowledge transfer across teams. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
