About this role

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

The SC Connected Ecosystem team is the champion for external partner data strategy and enablement. With a whole‑ecosystem approach, we facilitate visibility and standardized engagement across business and technical teams to enable better, data‑driven supply chain decisions. Our deliverables and processes support data enablement by cataloging external partner data, managing external data requests, designing solutions, guiding business teams through the requirements process, partnering closely with enterprise platform teams (e.g., SCDFT, CDFT, DG), and tracking metrics.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Champion the Supply Chain external partner data strategy by partnering with business SMEs, Product Owners, and D&T teams to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions within the Connected Ecosystem.
  • Own and evolve the Supply Chain Connected Ecosystem Framework by translating business needs into scalable data requirements, standards, and technology solutions aligned with DNA Cloud capabilities.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for ecosystem data, providing analysis, insights, and solution recommendations while bridging business, analytics, engineering, and platform teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, platform engineers, and Data Governance teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, design data integrations, and ensure trusted, secure, and well-governed data.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical documentation and user stories, driving successful delivery across the development lifecycle.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by proactively managing risks, resolving dependencies, influencing design decisions, and establishing scalable best practices for external partner data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years as a Data or Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with enterprise data architecture, data models, integration patterns, and large-scale data analysis using SQL and GCP BigQuery.
  • Proven experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, release planning, and driving successful delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and thrive in ambiguous environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Superior capabilities in data analysis and synthesis, with experience translating complex data/architecture considerations into simple, business‑relevant narratives.
  • Familiarity with Palantir Foundry.
  • Familiarity with ADO and Agile‑Scrum.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and influencing decision‑making with data‑driven recommendations.
  • Experience and passion for leading teams or communities of practice.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building new capabilities and standards, particularly in the external partner data space.
  • Experience with or strong interest in external partner data, data governance, and ecosystem‑level data strategies.
