What you'll do
- Work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per factory requirements.
- Be available on-call 24x7 to attend critical breakdowns and emergencies.

- Assist in logging maintenance data, load bank readings, and machine cycle counts.
- Support predictive maintenance by tracking recurring faults.
- Take daily power consumption readings from the energy meters.
- Record diesel consumption readings for DG sets.

Responsible for market development, and operational sales work with assigned Key Accounts. Leads sales and product management efforts to assigned Automotive Key Accounts. Leads the selling process for all battery products. Acts as primary point of contact for assigned Key Accounts. Leverages relationship between customer, market and Cygni management. Role: Maintenance Sr. Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Shift Work & Emergency Support
Work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per factory requirements.
Be available on-call 24x7 to attend critical breakdowns and emergencies.
Ensure quick response time for urgent machine failures affecting production.
2. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on key equipment:
Cell grading, sorting, and scanning machines
Automatic welding machines
Charging/discharging load banks, test benches
Leak test (IP67) machines
Gantry cranes, pallet lifters, and stoppers
HVAC VRV units, TFA, and AHU systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and spare parts used.

3. Equipment Monitoring & Data Logging
Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies.
Assist in logging maintenance data, load bank readings, and machine cycle counts.
Support predictive maintenance by tracking recurring faults.
4. Power & Diesel Consumption Monitoring
Take daily power consumption readings from the energy meters.
Record diesel consumption readings for DG sets.
Maintain logs for diesel stock levels and ensure timely refueling.
Report unusual power consumption spikes or fuel inefficiencies.
5. DG Set Operations & Maintenance
Conduct daily/weekly inspections of DG sets.
Check oil levels, coolant levels, battery voltage, and fuel levels.
Ensure proper load management while switching between mains and DG.
Report and assist in troubleshooting DG-related faults like startup issues, overheating, or load imbalance.
Maintain DG runtime logs and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
6. Spare Parts & Tools Management
Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools.
Coordinate with stores for timely requisition of spare parts.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools.
7. Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety protocols while handling high-voltage and mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with factory maintenance SOPs.
Conduct basic safety checks on electrical panels, ACBs, and compressed air systems.
8. Pneumatic & Electrical Systems Maintenance
Assist in troubleshooting pneumatic system issues, including compressors and actuators.
Support electrical maintenance, including transformer upkeep and ACB inspections.
Perform cable management and check for loose connections or overheating.
9. HVAC & Utility Maintenance
Conduct basic maintenance of VRV, cassette AC units, and ventilation systems.
Assist in TFA and AHU unit filter cleaning and airflow adjustments.
10. Documentation & Reporting
Fill maintenance logs and downtime reports.
