The Sustainment Business Acquisition Manager (BAM) is responsible for providing strategic guidance and Business Acquisition Team (BAT) leadership for F135 sustainment proposals.  The BAM performs acquisition integration in all phases of business pursuit from the new opportunity identification through contract award. You will be the direct link for the F135 Sustainment program office to the program execution (including subcontractors), sustainment operations, engineering, finance, contracts, legal, and Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE). This position provides an opportunity to understand every aspect of the F135 Sustainment Program and to work with cross-functional teams that support the program.

What You Will Do:

  • Proven leadership ability, strategic thinking, sharing a vision, and ability to gain consensus among groups of individuals and organizations are skills necessary to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and will strive to build strong relationships with internal and USG customers.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
