As Sr Process Engineer you will be reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager and will lead the development and process control of the Paint Shop (E-coat, sealing, topcoat). The Paint Lead Process Engineer will have responsibilities for leading a team of process engineers in the installation, commissioning, and operation of our new paint facility.

Plant 3rd shift hours: 8:30 pm - 5:00 am EST. Please note: These reflect general core hours, start and end times will vary based on overtime needs.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Assist in plant layout and work station design.

  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize work to meet established deadlines.

  • Provide technical support and assist as a resource person in assigned area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Three or more years related experience in automotive or industrial Paint, Electrocoating, and Robotic application operations

Pay Range:

$73,200.00 - $117,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
