Sr Production Representative

Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and play a critical role in preparing and managing the clinical trial devices that support research studies around the world. As a Senior Production Representative, you will be responsible for provisioning, configuring, quality checking, and preparing clinical trial equipment for deployment while ensuring compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and timelines. You will serve as a subject matter resource within the production environment, contribute to operational excellence, and help ensure that study equipment is delivered accurately and efficiently to support the successful execution of clinical trials.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configure, provision, and prepare clinical trial devices and equipment for deployment in accordance with study requirements and operational procedures.

• Perform quality control reviews to verify the accuracy and completeness of device provisioning activities.

• Ensure all equipment, materials, and study-related components are prepared and available to support project timelines.

• Maintain accurate provisioning records and documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to track inventory, device status, and production activities.

• Complete device provisioning activities across multiple Digital Physiology Solutions and clinical trial service lines.

• Monitor daily production priorities and support achievement of operational metrics, quality goals, and delivery commitments.

• Participate in daily operational meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and performance metrics related to assigned responsibilities.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity within the production environment.

• Train, mentor, and support onboarding activities for new team members while sharing best practices and operational knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure equipment readiness and successful project execution.

• Identify, escalate, and help resolve production, equipment, inventory, or process-related issues that may impact study delivery.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of study devices returned from customers or field locations.

• Conduct final testing and verification activities in accordance with applicable repair and quality procedures.

• Maintain accurate repair documentation and ensure devices meet established quality standards before reissue.

• Support inventory management, asset tracking, and operational readiness activities as required.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, production operations, or related environments will be considered.

• Apprenticeship, vocational training, or professional experience in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environments is advantageous.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in production operations, logistics, supply chain management, manufacturing support, or related fields.

• Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and process compliance.

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor or support less experienced team members.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

• English language proficiency required; Mandarin language skills preferred for local operational support.

• Professional presence with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
