- Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for enterprise-level Data Engineering and Banking technology initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Leaders to define project roadmaps, solution architecture strategies, and delivery schedules.

- Own the overall project budget, profit & loss (P&L), financial forecasting, and resource budgeting.
- Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, conduct retrospectives, and mentor junior PMs and PMO team members.
