We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join an established, collaborative hospital-based anesthesiology group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who is passionate about pediatric patients but values the breadth of a mixed adult/pediatric caseload — all within a predictable, lifestyle-friendly schedule.

POSITION AT A GLANCE

Practice Setting:

Hospital-Based Anesthesiology Group

Group Size:

10 MD Anesthesiologists — No CRNAs

Practice Model:

Physician-only; all MDs perform their own cases independently

Patient Mix:

70% Pediatric  |  30% Adult

Schedule:

Approximately 30 hours per week

Primary Call:

Shared between partners

Second (Backup) Call:

Shared between partners

Weekends / Holidays:

No weekend or holiday call obligations

Production Bonus:

Paid semi-annually (2× per year)

CLINIC SCOPE & CASE MIX

The position offers a varied and engaging procedural mix with an emphasis on outpatient surgery. Cases include:

  • ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat)
  • Gastrointestinal endoscopy and procedures
  • Dental / oral surgery
  • Urology
  • Ophthalmology
  • Orthopedics and spine surgery

The following are explicitly outside the scope of this position:

  • No Emergency Department coverage
  • No Obstetric (OB) anesthesia
  • No cardiac anesthesia

Complex pediatric neurological and general surgery cases are managed by the pediatric subspecialty-trained Anesthesiologists within the group, ensuring every patient receives appropriately matched expertise.
