About this role

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our multidisciplinary Neuro rehabilitation hospital. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining medical records, and supporting patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process. Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions regularly. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and nursing documentation. Assist in restoring and managing patient-related issues under medical supervision. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation procedures, and home care practices. Ensure strict patient confidentiality and adherence to hospital policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists, psychologists, and rehabilitation specialists. Prepare daily nursing reports and patient progress reports. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing care. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards within the department. Requirements Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Strong observation and documentation skills. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in rehabilitation, neurology, or hospital care will be an added advantage. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
