Job Title: Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required Fresher to 4 Years Candidates with 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred Salary Fresher: ₹18,000 per month Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience and interview performance Shift Timing Day Shift Mid Shift Night Shift (Rotational shifts applicable) Accommodation & Food Accommodation Provided Free of Cost Food Charges: ₹1,800 per month (deducted from salary) Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) to provide high-quality patient care and support healthcare teams in delivering effective medical services. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions and vital signs. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to medical staff. Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required. Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and recovery. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing stations. Support patient comfort and promote a positive healthcare experience. Required Qualifications GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing. Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (Mandatory). Registration with the appropriate Nursing Council. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Required Skills Strong clinical and patient care skills.
