  • Prioritise product data and customer feedback; coordinate implementation of improvements to product performance and deployment efficiency.

  • Prioritise, plan and supervise minor maintenance tasks on robotic systems, including troubleshooting with remote engineering support.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to lead optimisations to deployment strategies.

  • Support key go to market activities working closely alongside our Business Development teams, including customer use case analysis and solution development.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent technical qualification.

  • Experience with leading projects in robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.

  • Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.

  • Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Ability to lead and coach others

  • Willingness to travel for short-to long-term assignments at customer and partner facilities across North America with occasional travel to Humanoid HQ and other locations in Europe. Approx 40% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.

  • Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.

  • Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.

  • Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.

  • Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
