Static Day Shift Electrical Engineer - £39,000 – Southeast London Salary: £39,000 Shift Pattern: 6am – 6pm – 4 on 4 off We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Static Role – Southeast London Our Client provides services to corporate clients. The Electrical engineer will manage and undertake all PPM and reactive works as assigned by the helpdesk ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. To develop, maintain and execute an annual PPM planner in line with contractual requirements. The individual will be proficient with computers and ensure helpdesk records and site log books are completed, updated and maintained in accordance with company policy and statutory compliance. The work will routinely require working with electricity and working from steps, ladders, scaffold systems and mobile elevated working platforms. It will also involve working with a wide range of hand tools and power tools safely and proficiently. The role requires a degree of physical fitness as manual handling is required. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, qualified to NVQ/City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will be:-

• Multi-skilled – Electrical and mechanical experience to SFG20 code of practice
• Experience in maintaining and repairs on: - FCU’s, AHU’s, Denco units, Split AC systems, BMS experience, pumps, motors, distribution board maintenance
• Emergency lighting experience – Maintenance and repairs
• Ideally will already be working on shift or certainly have experience of doing this
• Easily commutable distance to site.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance
• 17th/18th
• Fault finding.
• Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
• Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade.
• Mechanical experience.
• Some AC knowledge – F Gas desirable but not essential.
• Must have very good maintenance experience.
• Very well presented.

Package

• The shift is 6am – 6pm (4 on 4 off)
• 20 shift holiday days per annum
• Salary £39,000 per annum.
