The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for leading the direct sales process with assigned strategic grower accounts. This role builds strong, long-term relationships with large, complex customers and delivers differentiated crop protection solutions that drive productivity and business growth.

The SAM works closely with local sales, agronomy and support teams to align on customer needs, execute value propositions and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
