Here’s what awaits you:

As a Drilling Superintendent reporting to the Group Geology Manager - Operations, you’ll work across multiple gold operations in Australia and America, partnering with site teams to solve productivities challenges, improve underground drilling performance and help shape the future of one of Australia’s leading gold producers.

 

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lift drilling performance by partnering with geologists and drilling contractors to improve safety, drilling productivities, drill program quality, execution and efficiency.
• Raise drilling safety standards through consistent rig inspections and practical drilling knowledge across the geology team.
• Provide expert drilling advice to Geology Managers, supporting better operational and commercial decisions.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies that improve Safety and environmental outcomes, productivity and cost.

 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 

 

Experience:

We’re looking for an experienced underground diamond drilling professional with strong contract management and business development expertise, developed through hands-on field supervision or management, who is ready to broaden their impact by sharing their knowledge across multiple operations.

 

Qualifications:

• Current West Australian ‘C' Class Drivers Licence.
