As a Superintendent with Ledcor Technical Services, you will take the lead in our daily field operations. You will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will execute project plans and schedules, uphold site safety and quality control, and manage the work of field staff, contractors, and tradespeople. Your leadership will be central to keeping our projects running smoothly and successfully.

This is a site-based position
Travel required throughout multiple states
80% travel
Compensation
$62,400.00 - $85,800.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
