- Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
- Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.

The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts.
