JOB SUMMARY
 

The SCM Project Manager will lead the delivery of new initiatives and continuous enhancements across Supply Chain Organization, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to enable new business models, drive business process transformation, improve operational efficiency, and optimize end-to-end processes.

The position will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and, where applicable, designing and implementing SAP configuration solutions to maximize system capabilities and ensure alignment with business operations. This includes defining organizational structures, maintaining master data governance, configuring transactional processes, and optimizing system behavior to support operational requirements, scalability, and business objectives

In addition, the position will also play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives through process automation, workflow orchestration, low-code application development, and business intelligence solutions. Leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the individual will identify automation opportunities, design and develop digital solutions, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with project core team members to develop solutions for new processes or enhance existing processes to increase their efficiency and allow Jabil to stay in front of our competition from a supply chain management standpoint.
• Forge successful relationships with the stakeholders and provide value based strategic assessment of current state follow with solution recommendation.
• Actively engage with project team members to identify and understand pain points and deliver an effective lean solution. Interfaces with the functional business teams and IT to conceptualize and assist in building valuable solutions.
• Document, test and deploy solution and training documentation.
• Establish metrics for evaluating successful process implementation.
• Coordinate with users to address their concerns to ensure successful deployment.
• Facilitates communication as appropriate to all stakeholders including escalating issues to next level of management level.
• Track, drive and communicate all changes and enhancements.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and digital transformation across Supply Chain functions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, RPA technologies, and related platforms to reduce manual effort and eliminate process bottlenecks.
• Develop low-code/no-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline operational processes, improve user experience, and support business requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions to provide actionable insights and support operational and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data models, visualization standards, and performance metrics to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for automation and reporting solutions to ensure sustainability, security, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply, follow, and enforce all procedures within the company security policy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Creative, inventive and innovative
• Advance PC skill with high proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• A self-starter with the ability to work intuitively and with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management and people skills
• Ability to deal effectively with different functional personnel to drive results.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, summarize information and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders
• Knowledge and exposure in Lean Six Sigma will be beneficial.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required, and preferably with PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. 
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional projects involving process improvement, systems implementation, automation, and reporting solutions
• Experience developing automation solutions, workflow applications, or digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and/or RPA technologies preferred.
• Experience in data analytics, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and executive performance management using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience in SAP modules, with a focus on SD, MM, FI, and PP preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain operation or in supply chain solutions
