YOU WILL BE:
The Store Supplies Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of supply, coordinating inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations by maintaining adequate supply levels and efficient replenishment processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Inventory & Replenishment Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking schedules to meet demand.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues regarding shipments or documentation.
- Order Processing: Prepare supply orders, track shipments, and verify receipt of goods.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and provide regular updates to management.
- Operational Support: Assist with special projects, marketing requests, and seasonal event setups.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to support projects and ensure operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective inventory management and monitoring abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor and staff relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant operational software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or inventory management is beneficial.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:
The hourly rate for this position is $22. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
