This position will directly contribute to the success of our servicing platform and execution of strategic vision by leading initiatives to achieve overall productivity and efficiency targets. This individual is responsible for the assessment, recommended improvement and implementation of processes and workflows directly impacting accuracy, automation and risk mitigation for all operational and loan management functions within the organization. This position involves a high level of interaction and collaboration between senior leadership and internal management. Working to implement the current strategic plan while planning towards a greater and more consistent vision across the firm is key to this role.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with senior leadership to establish overall vision and support execution of operational and loan management success and ideal cost of service targets for the organization.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all areas of workflow, risk mitigation and exception processing within the organizational unit.
• Identify solutions to improve data quality, service level deliveries, cycle time and defect metrics for all functional areas including loan management functions directly and indirectly impacted by operations.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives leveraging various technology solutions for various operational and loan management related functions.
• Promote collaboration with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, loan management and asset management to optimize business performance through process consistency, centralization and standardized KPI reporting.
• Effectively communicate (both via written and verbal means) with stakeholders to ensure that issues and solutions are understood; create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Work with operational and loan management leadership to analyze requirements, define scope, make recommendations and establish outcome criteria and expected KPI targets.
• In conjunction with Project Management team, serve as point of contact for testing, defining metric reporting and evidencing efficiency gains where applicable.
• Drive cultural and organization change by promoting a data-driven mindset and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; Preferred Field of Study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent
• 5+ years of experience documenting process workflows and demonstrating efficiency improvement
• Certification in process improvement a plus (Six Sigma, CPIS, CBPP, etc)
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis to systems and processes as required
• Ability to analyze and document processes using Visio, Miro or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership skills
• High degree of professionalism
• Ability to work as a team player
• Pro-active approach to problem recognition and resolution

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$125,000.00 - $170,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
