- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
- Partner with Product Groups, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units to facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, solution reviews, and decision-making discussions.
- Translate strategic objectives into solution requirements, business use cases, value hypotheses, and benefit projections.
- Lead the development of training plans, communication materials, user guides, and capability-building initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop Systems Managers.

About the Role
As Systems Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading business design, business analysis, systems support, and change management activities for strategic initiatives and transformation programs. The role translates business strategies into actionable business requirements, future-state operating models, process improvements, and solution recommendations while ensuring stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and successful adoption of business and system changes.
