About this role
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Sourcing Specialist / Talent Mapping Specialist to support hiring through direct sourcing and candidate screening. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation or BPO Sales roles with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Database Search, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Headhunting, and Candidate Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest.
- Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers.

Preferred Background
Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, BPO, RPO, or Corporate Talent Acquisition. Prior hiring experience for B2B/B2C Online Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, BPO Sales, and Night Shift Operations is essential.
Education
Graduate in any discipline. MBA (HR) preferred.
Ideal Candidate
A sourcing specialist with strong experience in Direct sourcing, candidate screening, and online sales hiring, capable of assessing role fitment and identifying quality talent.
